Two people have written two shareholder proposals that will be included in the proxy statement this year.

If you have stock you can co-sponsor one and only one proposal if you want. All it takes is owning shares.

One resolution is regarding executive compensation and "vapor profits" (that is what we call the pension money that can be added to the bottom line profits (legal)- where I might add - Lou's and the top executives bonuses are also tied too.

The other resolution is regarding our pensions. Read both resolutions and if you feel comfortable with it sign it and it will be sent to the corporate secretary and to the original writer of the resolution.

It is all explained on the above website. The more co-sponsers the better! It is your right as a shareholder to be able to do this - if you want too.
