Have no doubt at all that you are exactly who you say you are but I guess I find myself still being a little confused as to why someone who has not felt sufficient interest to actually post here before a week ago and who says

... is prepared to fund and run with all the open-ended commitments that might mean a web site that even people who have really benefited from aren't prepared to volunteer for and help with.
See it from my point of view ... it seems puzzling to say the least. No disprespect intended.
