As Big Sign and others have commented, the current setup and scope of AMIPP seems about right - focussed on Pensions but also touching on IBM UK Employment issues and (for interest) what IBM is doing and what is happening to IBM on a more global scale.

I too believe we have not seen the end of IBM's attacks on our pensions so a forum like this is invaluable in allowing groups to come together and (if appropriate) take action to protect ourselves (and for example of course, the Now Legal Group was born on AMIPP).

So my vote would be for a forum with a scope a little wider than just pensions (to keep the interest of current employees) but not one of such wide scope that it becomes fragmented.
