As a retiree I'm particularly interested in a replacement for AMIPP to keep in touch. I have no confidence that even after the court case and the Employment Tribunal that there won't be any additional hits on our pension and I think it is very important to have a mechanism that has been as useful as AMIPP to enable anyone affected to come together for information sharing/private communications or suggestions on how to come together as a larger community and address any future changes.

My preference would be for AMIPP to continue as it is at least for the timebeing or until an alternative can be put in place, is that not a possibility at all, perhaps with someone else taking over from admin1? I don't really care about how it is delivered. I know there have been some criticisms of this forum and in an ideal world maybe it would be great to have some new fangled method with all bells and whistles but to me, the fact that there IS a mechanism for us to share and come together at all is what is most important and AMIPP certainly has provided that.

My fear is that we'll lose touch altogether and have no replacement due to lack of concensus and that really will be a tragedy.
