Thank you for posting the essentials of our PM discussions.

I would encourage interested registrees of this AMIPP forum seriously to consider cathcam's offer to get an alternate (new) forum set-up.

As I understand it there are two options regarding registration to view and post on the new forum:

1. Registration requiring real name via a credit or debit card. I believe that cathcam has written that if this option is put in place he may be prepared to act as an administrator.

2. Registration that does not require real name. It is clear that cathcam will not be prepared to be and administrator.

I note that there were some registrees of the AMIPP forum who would be prepared to act as administrator of the new forum.

So registrees. The decision is yours. Option 1 or option 2.

If option 1 is the generally agreed one to take, who else other than cathcam will be prepared to be new forum administrators? Please PM me or post on the forum your agreement.

If option 2, agreement to be an administrator via PM or forum post please.

… and finally what should be the domain name for the forum that reflects the intent that the forum becomes a little like FLYERTALK, http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/ , but not using IBM in the domain name?
