This seems to be true for the proceeds of sales also.
I sold some shares on Jan 10, and although they say payment will
normally be made within 5 days, I did not receive the money until
Jan 21st.
However, since their website has been down for days, maybe
this is all the result of cock-up rather than conspiracy!
