Before I knew about this (gpsu) site I made at http://my.treeway.com/IBMRetired
a list of concerns that I knew about. They include all those from Mike Cawley
but there are more (and no doubt more that I am unaware of).
I have had a letter from OPAS, and no doubt the other 34 folk who wrote OPAS
have, saying that John Spencer proposes splitting the concerns into those he
judges "additional" to Mike's and those that are not.
This raises the risk that some matters which are in the same general area as
Mike's will be subjectively dismissed as "the same" as Mike's, and thus we and
and the Ombudsman will never know the position of the Trust and IBM on these.
I have written to John Spencer saying that I do not agree to his proposal for
dealing with such associated concerns of mine.
