Thank you. A good point.
Can I suggest that you submit a registration with your relative's details but with your email address.
We currently only have resources to send out newsletters by email.
So would you be prepared to act as an "email buddy" for your relative and when you receive the next newsletter email, you will get two which will act as a reminder for you to send a (printed or fax) copy to your relative.
