I think that the number of people transferring is still probably low. The last time I asked this question of Kevin Waller, at the meeting of London pensioners in Harrow last January, the number of transfers was 'about 10' - I would have thought with a number that small they could have been quite precise, maybe even have listed the names and personnel numbers!
