For those of you who heard the story that FP had imposed an MVA
on "early
retirers" - Friends Provident have now, apparently
written to the IBM Trustee
advising that from 20/7/01 they would
remove MVA adjustment and that MVA's
applied between 8/5 to
2/7 would be reimbursed.
They reserved right in
future to apply MVA depending on
circumstances.
