The survey uses seven categories: Stockholders, Customers, Employees, the Community, Environment, Minorities and non-US stakeholders, so a change in one category makes less impact on overall standing. Pensions matters are a component of the Employees category and IBM got the worst rating of all the companies for its treatment of Employees. So the message is getting across.
I don't know if we C-plan retirees were considered amongst the non-US stakeholders.
