For those of you not following the US equivalents of this web site, I'd like to point out something current.
A magazine named IBM their Number 1 "Corporate Citizen of the Year". After hundreds of letters of complaint (including mine!) they published a retraction. IBM publicised the original placing in its internal web newsletter, but not the retraction.
