What is the GAR worth?

Those of you with an ELAS AVC will have been given the option to transfer your AVC from ELAS (minus a 10% penalty).

How are we supposed to decide on whether to transfer an AVC from ELAS if we don't know what the GAR is worth?

I asked the Pensions Department at the beginning of January what the GAR was worth to me and so far I've not had a meaningful answer.

Does anyone else have the same problem?
