I'm currently preparing stage 2 of my IDR complaint. To help my argument I'm anxious to talk to someone who either DID transfer from the C Plan to the M Plan (something like 6 people did), or at least got the Pensions folks to tell them what sort of a deal they would have got if they had done so. If there's any sort of official document explaining this that anyone has a copy of I'd be very interested to see it.
I promise to keep anything I'm told in strictest confidence.
