Re C Plan Capping:-
Following my letters, D Newman for the IBM Pension
Trust has said "... Trustee Directors are aware of the existence of the C Plan
cap. As the C Plan cap however, is a matter of policy and therefore a matter for
the Company, they have no plans to discuss this matter with the Company at this
time." My request for them to consider the cap and come up with a position on it
(as part of their duty of care) seems to have been left unanswered.
J Spencer of OPAS is now pursuing this case for me.
