I'm retired and I have no problem with using my own name, in fact my name TWC will be recognised by management and fellow workers alike.
However I think that this is a distraction and we should not lose sight of the original question.
Should we consider a union?
Though retired and a child of the good days in IBM, I realise that that there could be benefit from Union organisation and support. Especially our current employee friends.
