If the view generally becomes that it is that more complaints are better, may I suggest that in order to give the best chance of success that before anyone complains - to help those like me who haven't done the calc - could we have a suggested complaint posted here with the calc - debated and finalised here which we can each copy and paste into a seperate complaint. It does no harm at all that they are clearly duplicates.
