My understanding is that all communications to/from the Trustees (including the elected trustees) must go via the Chair.
If you wish to correspond with any of the directors this should be addressed to them, care of the Pensions Trust Department at North Harbour. Your correspondence will then be forwarded.

On the issue of representation you must understand that there are 4 elected Trustees and 8 appointed. This means that the elected trustees can always be outvoted, no matter how hard they try to represent your views.

I am not aware of any requirement within the Trust Deeds that is met by an AGM. Information from the Trustees is published annually through the Members Report.
