Is it beyond the wit of Man for We the Complainants to meet with Jim Lamb, formally and legally minuted, and agree a way forward from this intransigent position.
Knowing Jim from years ago, this would most certainly describe him. But are we the complainants not the same now?
Both sides are looking to the courts to RESOLVE this. All this will achieve is enmity from and for both sides; which would appear to have been already established.
Come on Jim Lamb. Let's hear more from you than "Your comments have been noted". A step up the moral ladder says let's reach an agreement!
