I was interested in the comment by Paul that the trustees agreed in December 1996 that the M plan should be funded from the surplus in the C Plan. Does anyone have a record of the members of the C plan being informed of this fact bearing in mind that the C Plan is a closed fund.I would have thought that meant that the fund was for the benefit of the members of that fund particularly since all contributions had been made free of income and corporation tax.
