Not sure if I am answering the right question? The Pension Fund Report covering contribitions by IBM to the N/C/M plans was as follows:

Normal 79.0 19.2
Aumentations 23.4 6.8
Total 102.4 26.0

I believe augmentations covers items such as enhanced pensions for leavers (packages)

I suspect the figure you want is what IBM should REALLY have contributed to keep the fund in balance or surplus. That figure depends on lots of assumptions that actuaries generate.
