I merely make the points that their power is limited, and that the only secure solution is for IBM to make the fund sufficient to meet the "pension promise". This would involve, inter alia, paying pack the "M-plan contributions" and paying the sums that should have been paid during the many "pension holidays". Plus interest.
Why does that give you a problem?
