I have the following documents available to help the cause:
MIL 557 Dated 20 Dec 1982 which gives C/N plan comparisons and Q&A (15 pages)
MIL 570 Dated 3 March 1983 about the A/C plan
MIL 827 8 Pages on the Pension schemes
Also, most if not all Pension matters.
