A similar situation is happening in IBM Lotus Boston USA. Software development staff have been told their jobs will be transferred to India in 6 months time, meanwhile carry on developing the product. What an incentive to make you work hard for 6 months only to get the heave ho! IBM has lost its respect for the individual - its no longer a good place to work in.Its a wonder they get any work out of anyone. Watson must be making cartwheels in his grave.
