What a good question!
I confess that despite following this web site for months I am embarrassed to have to admit that I have lost sight of what EXACTLY we are trying to achieve. Can the Ombudsman (or a judge, or a concerted campaign by duly elected activists, or .....) force IBM to be anything as vague as "amongst the best"? Are we going for full indexation or what? Only if we are clear about what we want can we discuss whether if we got it it would be postdated to give long standing pensioners cash now.
