I find your last message an insightful account of how many people feel about IBM's behaviour. And I certainly can't yet prove you wrong - IBM may well have moved from the better end of the spectrum of corporate behaviour to the worse end, and the Ombudsman effort may yet show that mechanism unable to protect our pension promise, and the only thing capable of moving IBM may well be customer revulsion.
So 99% agreement with you but I quibble about your "Economic war as you call it is not what I said". The quote I gave about economic war wasn't my invention. It came from the Yahoo message linked below. I thought you told us that message was from you.
