on the front of this website. We are hoping that lots of people

I thought I would remind people. If you do not feel comfortable
co-sponsoring a resolution then remember to vote for both of them if
possible. This has nothing to do with if you are on a UK pension
and we are on an US pension. It will be included in a SHAREHOLDER]
proxy statement therefore you view it as a shareholder. There are
two. One on giving people a CHOICE on pension plans - all people who
were at least vested regardless of age. The second one is about executive
compensation - we think it is fair that the executives be paid on
operational earnings NOT vapor earnings. You can go to the website
and read the two resolutions. IBM has both of them and will have
to put them in the proxy. Tell anyone with stock in the company whether
they work here or not. If you have a mutual fund that owns shares
ask for them to consider voting FOR both resolutions. We have until
April to spread the word. Thanks
