The UK fund should not be "directly" impacted.
However, the Corp is less likely to allow cash to be put into the UK fund if profit is affected by the US decision.
However, (again) those clever accountants in the US will probably be able to count any contribution to the US pension fund as "vapour" profits. So maybe no impact at all!
