I'm shocked to learn of of this. Anyone who knows the control IBM had over its subsidiaries must question how this happened. Without a proper explanation one can not ascribe to IBM itself any integrity. It is obvious that it is naive to think that IBM therefore will behave responsibly with retirees if it will seek through its employees to bribe Government employees.
