Rather than insisting that all the monies be repaid to the C plan
in my formal letter of dispute with the trustees, I suggested that
since IBM had effectively received some of the C plan surplus (to
pay the M plan contribution, that the trustees should henceforth
link pensions to the RPI/5% rule as demanded by the 1995 Pensions act.
After informing and consulting with the members of course!
