I think Peter is making a proper point well and that he is serving you by bringing it to your attention. In heated matters of any kind there is can be a natural tendency to overcook things. That applies to viewing IBM's pension performance against expectations as it does to the quality of Lord Hutton's Report. The dividing line however between putting a case as strongly as possible, or alternatively falsifying things is in fact remarkably clear.
Peter plainly did not say that Judges can not be biased but you say plainly that he did. On the evidence in this thread that rather defeats you to put it mildly.
