you should consider yourself lucky to get any increase at all! I moved to IBM Denmark 25 years ago after almost 13 years service in UK and retired in 2002. The DK pension scheme has made NO increase in pensions since 1993 and the DK fund (IBM) is now being sued by SMIP which is the DK pensioners organisation. The fund has no intention of making any increases either. Seems to be blocked in Armonk.
