If this were true, then although this is a bit late in the day, the fact is that this information is vital for the Ombudsman to consider. Eddie Nixon would I believe had had no issue now - seeing how things have panned out - to confirm that as CEO of the UK company that he believed the company to be in breach of the undertakings it made to employees etc. If any evidence can be secured to support the story - it should be published.
