I am still being asked by e.mail to define our complaints against The Trustee and the Company. These are covered under Documents paragraph"Selected message Board Threads" and seem to be being missed by retirees.
Since writing "Bullets for OPAS" our OPAS technical specialist has given his opinion that to describe the two plans as two sections appears to be artificial sincce the benefit structures of the two plans are completely different. Anyone contacting OPAS now should dwell on this point as a complaint. He also believes that we have a case for insisting that all monies transferred from C to M should be repaid.
