Well, sonny, there were a few more than that, it was really quite big and very profitable. However it is also ancient history.
What has not changed very much is Government and the way to sell to it. What has also not changed is IBM's inability to win in that marketplace for the reasons stated.
I believe the last IBM UK win of any size in the Central Government marketplace was RAF LITS in 1992? Correct me if I am wrong. Therefore you must be doing it right...
But don't worry - the good news is that the zits do go away eventually!
