I am appalled at the behavior of IBM and its loss of ethics. I know Sam personally (we were in the Baltimore branch together) and I can't believe that he really knows what is happening here in the UK. He is a very decent fellow and willing to correct any wrong of the company.
I have written Palmisano a personal message in response to the family Christmas card he sent us to warn him of these terrible actions of the part of IBM here in the UK and asked him to intercede.
