IBM should publish on their customer marketing web site ... not simply on web site for IBM Business Partners. Consumers dealing with IBM see the customer facing site and are menu driven. Where are the guidelines there?
Also you give an old replaced page. The new menu driven system for IBM's Business Partners refers to business ethics. The Partner relevant pages changed some time after mid year 2003. No mention of IBM Business Conduct guidelines in titles thereafter.
The undeniable point is that IBM will hold its employees and business partners to them but does not wish to be judged by consumers by them.
