Ahhhh .... Business Conduct Guidelines. Such a sweet sound after all these years. You bring tears of laughter to my eyes.
Of course if IBM truly believed in them then they would publish them upon their web site! Ho HO!!! But fearful of the market saying "You two faced b******s!" they are held beyond the view of the general public.
Which is just as well I hear because following Labour's admission that it took a donation in kind from Lotus one hears that IBM has changed its Business Conduct Guidelines to permit political donations to me made ... providing the Chairman says so. Guess lou always thought he had that power.
