............ I'm puzzled by all this chat about BCG. I tell you know lie - it was always made clear to me that BCG was there to protect the US board from anti-trust legislation and the rule was that business could only be conducted proactively by largely being in breach of BCG eg
(a) Cause FUD by speculating on unannounced products to dissuade customers from buying elsewhere
(b) criticise customer personnel who were causing delays in installations
etc etc
