In short I fear that IBM have become the lepers of the IT industry. Quite some achievement given the fine legacy, reputation at least, inherited by Gerstner. Guess he lost control or perhaps never knew where the line of decency was.

IBM still has its Business Conduct Guidelines and rules on bringing the company into dis-repute. YET some individuals appear to get away with flouting them, and sometimes very publicly, and the company does nothing!
I presume some customers might think twice about buying from a company when a senior executive of that company is accused of the following?
