If you look that the Philby's post below, you'll see we've lost not only the MoD but the Inland Revenue and the NHS outsource contracts. Totals up to may be around 1.2B a year. I agree with Mr. Philby that this represents a displacement loss of about 20% of IBM UK's revenue.
Looks very serious. This on demand outsourcing isn't playing too well here in the UK.
