Its amazing how we were all duped by Senior management in IBM. I remember as a first line manager selling the 'C'plan to my people as the best thing since sliced bread. Looks like IBM SA did the same and have the same dilema as we have with IBM UK. It still baffles me why our selected representatives to the trust are not allowed to tell us (its members) what's going on. Don't the trustees represent our interests - if so why aren't we entitled to feedback on meetings etc. from our selected trustees.
