I have just received a letter from my MP Sir Peter Lloyd. Attached to the letter is an epistle from J.S.Lamb representing the Office of the Chief Executive of IBM UK Limited. The letter suggests that our pension fund is NOT being raided, on the contrary the letter concludes what you might expect - that is, "IBM is behaving correctly". I
Basically I need somebody who is able to review the letter and take up the offer from Sir Peter Lloyd - In effect suggesting that, provided I am in a position to provide him with specific 'challenges' regarding 'promises made at the launch of our Pension he ewould be happy to go back to IBM armed with my reply.
He seems very willing to back the cause!
If any body can help with the review and help me supply input then, provided it's an acceptable and legal approach I'd welcome the help.
BUT don't know who I can contact and how to go about it.
