Grumpy .... any illusion that IBM is decent and honest is dispelled by that absurd memo alone. He's clearly second rate but more than that the memo betrayed blind panic and an arrogance that says it all. IBM's real nature now is made manifest for all. Sad but true.
The question "How do you feel when you see the IBM Logo at Wimbledon?" might now elicit some rather more pointed answers! Bad timing on the IBM Apologist's behalf to ask it so close to a ruling.
