Will it stick? Appeal, given the consequences of the Decision, is certain. Will it stick on Appeal? If I were a gambler then I would wager on that. This is a very confident decision from a Chief Judge. But litigation is litigation. You'll enjoy Pages 16 onwards in particular in England.
