The verdict has been just announced on the US employee lawsuit concerning IBM's pension actions in the US in 1995 and 1999.
Guilty on all charges.
It will be appealed, of course, but the damage to the brand from a greedy executive team is irreparable unless they fix the pension problem. No "feel good" jam session is going to fix that problem.
