Some of you may have seen a recent report in the Times
concerning the IBM UK Pension Fund.
I am also aware that e-mails are circulating among employees
with regard to the Pension Plan.
I want to assure you that IBM acts and will continue to act
with complete integrity when dealing with pensions matters.
We comply with pensions legislation, take proper professional
advice and act in accordance with that advice.
IBM will continue to meet all its obligations in regard to the
provision of pensions.
