how are we doing?

thanks to all the organisers of this site it is certainly keeping me up to date with what people are thinking and doing however my problem is I am still none the wiser as to our actual progress. How many people have registered with the site and how many have written to OPAS? Is there a prospect of a meeting being set up yet ? I suspect IBM folk, being the canny devils we are, are watching this site and waiting to see what happens. Problem is nothing will happen if we all do this. I think more people will be encouraged to act if the kind of information I want is provided.
The trustees have not been silenced , at least not the one I have just spoken to! I wrote to him by name at the pension fund and he wrote back with his phone number , fax number and e-mail address and then rang me at home and chatted for about half an hour. It is not fair to give his identity because I am sure a lot of people would descend on him but I do suggest people should do what I just did -- it worked.
