I feel the same way:
I was not given a choice during the many years I contributed to Equitable Life and I was not given a choice two years ago when I started contributing to Friends Provident. Later on more choices were given, including a cash fund (could an MVA be applied to that as well?).
I think this was worse than misselling, as for most of the time I contributed to the AVCs no choices were given. I wonder if we could do something about it. Suggestions welcome.
