Did you notice the bit changing from the arrangements that were announced on the back page the August 2002 "It's your pension"? After reconsideration, the Trust has decided there will not be a Jan 2003 "It's your pension". The reason given is that it would be a (partial) duplication but that is very thin since the duplication was part of the August 2002 plan - nothing has changed.
When the Trust web site was introduced, great pains were taken to suggest that those without access would get no less information than those with access.
Personally, I think the original plan was a poor one since the cost of postal publishing of photographs outweighed any benefit. (There are a lot of more worthwhile things I would like to see published.) However, reconsidering at this late stage leaves open the possibility that the new consideration which led to reducing the publicity associated with the results was the actual results themselves.
